Old Bridge Township is located in Middlesex County, New Jersey along the eastern edge. It was originally incorporated as Madison Township in 1869, but was later changed in 1975.
As of 2010, the township’s population was recorded by the U.S. Census as 65,375. When the township started, it was initially rural by nature. A building boom started around 1950 and new developments took the place of farms.
Old Bridge Township continues to be a place for commercial entities to expand and grow. Many historic buildings have been repaired and brought back from the brink of destruction.
Many buildings have flat roofs, which are one of our specialties here at Joseph David Roofing.
Flat roofs are common on commercial buildings. We take great pride in being one of the most well known roofing companies in the area for flat roof repairs and replacements.
We are a premier commercial roofing contractor that offers our clients constant support for their services. Commercial roofing is a tough business to succeed in and we understand you need someone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to roofing repairs.
A roof maintenance plan will mean that your roof is protected by regular inspections and maintenance. This works to eliminate the possibility of emergency situations that can shut down your business. Keeping your roof in good condition not only helps with emergencies, but will also help when you’re getting close to the time you will need a full replacement. There’s nothing better for your piece of mind than having a system in place to take care of preventative maintenance measures.
Roofing inspections can reveal problem areas and give you the time you need to plan and take care of repairs. Causes of leaks or problem areas need to be identified before any damage occurs or it will end up costing you more money and time.
Joseph David Roofing is committed to promoting sustainable roof systems and helping business utilize alternate power sources. This has both financial and environmental benefits.
